1. Choose high-quality liquid epoxy resin, high-level active release agent and modified alicyclic amine curing agent as film-forming material, use imported general color paste to match color, fill fine material with high-purity corundum powder, good wear resistance and scratch resistance; fill aggregate with high-precision quartz sand, diamond sand, corundum sand aggregate, uniform particles, machine. High mechanical strength; 2. The product is packaged with three components: A component (color paint), B component (curing agent) and C component (ossification). It is convenient to construct on site. The whole system is solvent-free and seamless in large area. The thickness of one layer can be constructed from 0.2 to 0.5, and the construction time is greatly shortened. The sand layer and self-leveling layer are formed at one time, and the multi-layer is changed. Once the construction is completed, the intensity of the system is high. 3. It has good resistance to pressure, impact and mechanical properties. It also has good resistance to oil pollution, chemicals and ultraviolet radiation (the surface can be covered with an aliphatic polyurethane varnish). 4. The surface of epoxy floor system can be made smooth or slippery according to needs. Mercerizing or matte lighting can be used. 5. The system has long service life, small hardening shrinkage, no cracks, and resistance to certain moisture. The topcoat can be maintained regularly and is not easy to foam. |
